Refund policy
We're in the business of happy. Our fudge and chocolates and gifts ... they are feel good and fun. You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund. Always. 100% of the time. If you don't love your purchase, we're sorry. Please call us at 607-331-4276 or email stephanie@speccschocolatesandgifts.com and we'll fix it.
That said, we do follow a 30-day return/refund policy for items purchased in our physical store, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. For items purchased from our online store, we have a 30-day refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We apply all refunds to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
